The snow is expected to switch to sleet and freezing rain after midnight. Temperatures will be in the low 30s and little to no snow or sleet accumulation is expected.
Commuters Wednesday morning should expect rain, snow, sleet and freezing rain, according to the weather service. The forecast calls for a chance of rain and sleet during the afternoon and the chance of precipitation is 90 percent. Again, little to no snow or sleet accumulation is expected. The daytime highs will be in the upper 30s, according to the forecast.
The remainder of the week calls for mostly sunny skies. Daytime highs near 40 are expected Thursday. Friday should be a little cooler, with highs in the low 30s expected.
