Redding Reports Roads Remain Snow Covered, Slick

REDDING, Conn. -- The town of Redding took to Twitter to remind residents that the streets and roads -- and even the state highways -- in town are slick and covered with snow as the storm continues Monday. 

Route 53 through Redding remains covered in snow even after the state Department of Transportation plows went through.

Town of Redding via Twitter @townofredding reported that Route 53 is still covered with snow even after the state plows went through. 

It also said Umpawaug Road has been plowed bus is still very slick.

"Take it slow if you must go out," the town said via Twitter.
