Update: 2-Car Crash Cleared From I-95 In Bridgeport

Update: All the crashes have been cleared from I-95 on Tuesday morning.

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — A two-car crash was causing delays Tuesday morning on I-95 in Bridgeport, according to the Department of Transportation.

The crash was on the southbound side between Exits 26 and 25, with the left lane closed, DOT said. The crash was reported Tuesday at 8:27 a.m., DOT said.

An earlier three-car crash on the southbound side of I-95 in Westport has been cleared, according to the Department of Transportation.

The crash, which had been blocking the left lane, was reported at 7:45 a.m. Tuesday, DOT said. It was between Exits 19 and 18, DOT said.

That crash scene was cleared by 8:45 a.m., DOT said.
