CT Biker Gang Member Charged With 2021 Somers Murder: Police
A Connecticut man with ties to the Outlaws Motorcycle Club has been charged in connection with a 2021 homicide after authorities tracked him down in Haddam. Timothy Lange, 35, of New Britain, was arrested by Connecticut State Police detectives, along with state and federal law enforcement, after a lengthy investigation into the death of Jason Comes, 42, of Wilbraham, Massachusetts. It’s the end of an era for bakery bargain shoppers as longtime staple Freihofer’s Bakery Outlet has permanently closed. Missing Woman From The Region Found Safe, Police Say
Update: A 74-year-old woman from Western Massachusetts who was reported missing has been found safe. The Wilbraham Police Department said Sandra Stephens has been found. Authorities previously reported that Stephens had visited her son in the Hampden County city of Palmer on Sunday, May 15, and hadn't returned to the Orchard Valley Senior Living facility in Wilbraham. Police arrested a Western Mass man for allegedly putting a video camera in a popular Connecticut beach bathroom. Hampden County resident Nicholas Spellman, age 21, of Wilbraham, Massachusetts, was arrested by East Lyme Police in New London County on Thursday, April 14. Friendly's is closing 23 more of its restaurants in the Northeast, including in New York and Connecticut. The closures will occur when the leases are up of the affected restaurants.
