Missing New York Woman Found By CT State Police A missing Hudson Valley woman has been found by the Connecticut State Police. Putnam County resident Catherine Tully, age 83, of Patterson, was reported missing by Westport Police in Connecticut on Monday, Nov. 14, after her car was tracked at one point to the Weston Road area of the city, said Lt. Jillian Cabana, of the Westport Police. Family members responded to Westport when Tully failed to return home to New York after she left her around 2 p.m., and was tracked to Westport, Cabana said. Westport Seeks Increase In Bear Sightings, Police Say A Fairfield County town is warning residents of multiple black bear sightings in the area. On Sunday, May 31, there were multiple black bear sightings reported in the northern section of Westport. The bear was first reported to be in the area of Weathervane Hill and then was seen by Earthplace which is located off Woodside Lane, said Westport Police Lt. David Wolf. Teen, Three Juveniles Charged After Vehicles Stolen From Driveway In Westport A Connecticut teenager and three minors are facing charges after allegedly stealing vehicles from a Fairfield County driveway, police said. Police in Westport received a report shortly after 2:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 11 from a Richmondville Avenue resident who said he heard a vehicle speeding away from his home and that several other unlocked vehicles in his driveway had been entered. Weston Man Runs Stop Sign, Found To Be Under Influence, Westport Police Say Police arrested a man from Weston who now faces multiple charges after allegedly driving under the influence while running through a stop sign in Westport. An officer made a traffic stop after witnessing a vehicle run a stop sign on Saturday, Nov. 17 around midnight at the intersection of Weston Road and Main Street and continue to swerve and switch lanes.
