Fairfield County Teacher Accused Of Abusing Student, Police Say A Fairfield County teacher has been arrested for allegedly abusing a student by knocking him out of a chair and dragging him. The arrest took place in Norwalk at West Rocks Middle School on Thursday, June 16. New Haven County resident, York Mario, age 61, of Orange, was arrested following an investigation that was initiated in Nov. 2021, said Sgt.
