Stamford Seat-Belt Stops Results In Gummy Candy Infused With Pot Discovery A stop for a seat-belt violation by Stamford Police led to the arrest of a local man on charges of having two packages of pot-infused gummy candies. Kenny Segura, of Stamford, was arrested around 5:30 p.m. Saturday after Officers Jonathan Gale and Matthew Romano stopped the car he was riding in for a seat-belt violation on West Park Place, said Sgt. Brian Butler. As the two officers approached the car, they could smell marijuana, and Segura, the passenger, said he had some.
