Man Nabbed For Sexually Assaulting Teen Over Two Years
A 37-year-old man was arrested for sexually assaulting a teen after she reported the abuse to police. Victor Santos of Shelton was arrested Friday in connection with a complaint filed against him in November 2018, by a female victim who told officers she had been sexually assaulted by a relative, said Shelton Police Department Det. Richard Bango. The victim stated that the assaults took place when she was 16 and 17 years old, he said.
