JCPenney Employee Nabbed In Trumbull For Larceny Is Wanted Sex Offender, Police Say A JCPenney employee charged with larceny in Fairfield County was wanted out of state for sex crimes against children. During the arrest on Saturday, Oct. 28, Trumbull Police found that Joshua Jaheem Bell, age 18, of Bridgeport also had an outstanding extraditable arrest warrant for sex crimes against children in Colorado. The incident began around 3 p.m. Saturday, at the Trumbull Mall, police were called to investigate an employee theft of $250 and Bell had previously stolen over $4,500 in the past, said Lt. Robert Lee Ward of Bridgeport was arrested by police in Trumbull on Tuesday, Nov. 13, after he ran from officers following an alleged shoplifting incident at Target at the Trumbull Mall. New Canaan Car Theft Suspects Caught Near Trumbull Mall An electronic tracking device led police to two car thieves and a vehicle stolen out of New Canaan in a parking lot at the Trumbull Mall. Police nabbed the two around 10:20 a.m. Monday when officers received information that a vehicle that had been stolen out of New Canaan may be in the area of the mall after an electronic tracking device alerted to that area, said Trumbull Police Lt.
