Silver Alert Issued For Missing CT 15-Year-Old Connecticut State Police just issued a Silver Alert for a missing 15-year-old boy. New London County resident Marcus Gibson, of the Town of Bozrah, was reported missing on Wednesday, Aug. 3, police said. He is described as being 5 feet tall and 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, authorities said.  Police said Marcus was last seen wearing dark-colored shorts and riding a gray bicycle. CT Woman Arrested For Leaving 2-Year-Old In Car, Police Say A 23-year-old woman was arrested after allegedly leaving her 2-year-old daughter in a vehicle while she was inside Panera Bread. The incident took place in New Haven County around noon on Tuesday, Aug. 24 when the Milford Police were called to the restaurant at 1627 Boston Post Road after the child was found in the car, police said. The child's mother, identified as New London County resident Katie Ayala, age 23, of the Town of Bozrah, Connecticut, left the toddler in the vehicle for more than seven minutes, police said.
