Popular CT Bar Changes Name To Support Ukraine A Connecticut bar has changed its name to show support for Ukraine. The owners of The Russian Lady in Hartford announced in April that they have changed the bar's name to The Ukrainian Lady. The bar, located at 191 Ann Uccello St., announced a celebration of the name change for the night of Thursday, April 21.
