ID Released For Man Shot, Killed While Sitting On Front Seat Of Vehicle In Stamford Stamford Police have identified a man who was shot and killed while sitting in the front seat of a vehicle. Stephon Walthrust, 26, of Queens, was discovered in the driver seat of a vehicle around 10:45 p.m., Saturday, March 30 on Garden Street, said Stamford Police Lt. Tom Scanlon. Walthrust, who had been shot multiple times, was transported to Stamford Hospital and later died, he added.
