Westport's Obsitnik May Take Court Action In Campaign Financing Standoff Republican outsider Steve Obsitnik has been frozen out of public financing in his GOP primary campaign, but may file a court challenge. The 51-year-old tech entrepreneur from Westport is considering litigation against the state Elections Enforcement Commission (SEEC) according to media reports, as well as opting out of the voluntary clean-elections program should his application for $1.3 million get delayed.
