Drug Dealer From Stamford Busted In Norwalk Selling Cocaine Laced With Fentanyl, Police Say A Fairfield County man was busted allegedly selling cocaine laced with fentanyl to undercover agents over several months. Joshua Powell, age 30, of Stamford, was charged by Norwalk Police on Thursday, Aug. 10. During May 2023, the Special Services Division began receiving information that Powell was selling large quantities of powder and crack cocaine that contained fentanyl within the City of Norwalk, said Norwalk Police Deputy Chief Terrence Blake. Danbury Man Nabbed For Sexual Assault Of Norwalk Minor Over Several Years, Police Say A Fairfield County man has been nabbed for the alleged sexual assault of a minor over several years. Manuel Guaman, age 46, of Danbury was charged on Friday, Feb. 3, in connection with the assault of a Norwalk child which was reported in 2021, according to Lt. Joe Dinho of the Norwalk Police. On Monday, Sept. 20, 2021, the Norwalk Police Department received a complaint of sexual assault against a juvenile victim, Dinho said. Home Invasion Investigation Results In Norwalk Drug Dealer Bust An investigation of a home invasion from November led to the arrest of a 30-year-old Norwalk man on multiple drug charges, police said on Wednesday. Detective Brendan Collins previously secured an arrest warrant for Andre Roberts of 515 West Ave. in Norwalk. This stemmed from an investigation into a home invasion that occurred on Nov. 23, 2017 at 7 Midwood Road.  At the time of the home invasion, Roberts was a resident of 7 Midwood Road, police said.
