Driver Faces Charges After Crash Damages Police Car In Fairfield County A Fairfield man was arrested for DWI with property damage after crashing into another vehicle that hit the back of a police cruiser. Seth Shepard, 26, was arrested around 1:30 a.m. Monday, after he collided with a car stopped at the intersection of Post Road at Sanford Street. The vehicle he hit, then struck the rear of a patrol car as a result of the collision, Fairfield Police said. The police vehicle received minor damage, the others vehicles received heavy damage.
