Four Fairfield County Residents Under Influence In NY Stops Dozens of area residents were nabbed for driving while intoxicated by state police during the three-day Labor Day weekend.  They include:  Westchester Adam J. Heyd, 37, of Somers. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of Putnam Valley when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.  Michele A. Ridlon, 47, of Dobbs Ferry.
