The incident took place in Northern Westchester County in Yorktown on Saturday, July 23 on Route 6. Four Fairfield County Residents Under Influence In NY Stops Dozens of area residents were nabbed for driving while intoxicated by state police during the three-day Labor Day weekend.  They include:  Westchester Adam J.
