Hartford County resident Matthew West, age 44, of Enfield, was arrested by police around 2 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 23 after the incident in South Windsor. The Hartford County incident occurred on Sunday, Feb. 12 around 12:15 p.m. in South Windsor. According to said Sgt. Mark Cleverdon of the South Windsor Police. Middlesex County resident Annellie M. Two Die In Weekend Crashes In Same Connecticut Town A 17-year-old on a moped and 51-year-old man died in Connecticut in separate crashes in the same town over the weekend. The first crash took place around 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 22 in East Hartford when a moped driver was hit by a passenger vehicle on Route 5, said authorities. Man, Woman Hospitalized After Two-Vehicle CT Crash A man and woman were hospitalized after a serious two-vehicle crash overnight in Connecticut. It happened around 8:20 p.m. Friday, May 21 in Hartford County, on Route 5 (Enfield Street) at the intersection of Bright Meadow Boulevard in Enfield. Family Offers Reward In Search For Missing CT Woman The family of a missing 64-year-old woman has offered a reward that helps lead to the discovery of her location and a safe reunion. Ondine Frohberg, of Suffield, who has high-functioning cognitive disabilities and is a diabetic was last seen at approximately 1:25 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 1 in the area of Route 190 west near the Route 5 overpass in Endfield. Before she went missing, she was eating at the Olive Garden on Hazard Avenue. Frohberg’s family said she went to use the restroom and hasn’t been seen since.
