Ahmad Lee, age 49, of Stamford, was arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 23 around 1:30 a.m. when Greenwich Police responded to a home on North Street. Lee was captured after multiple officers responded to the guest house after the person sleeping woke up to find Lee stealing $967 from a money clip, said Lt. Martin O'Reilly, of the Greenwich Police. Westchester Man Causes Crash While Driving Under Influence In Fairfield County, Police Say Fairfield County police arrested a man following a three-vehicle crash which he allegedly caused. Paul Fagan, 50, of Port Chester, was arrested on Friday, Nov. 27, by Greenwich Police following the three-vehicle crash on North Street, said the Greenwich Police. According to officers, when police arrived on the scene and began speaking with Fagan they allegedly could smell alcohol on his breath. Aaron Guerrero, 38, of Port Chester,  was arrested around 8 p.m., on Sunday, Nov. 17, after Greenwich Police responded to a report of a vehicle striking a utility police, said the Greenwich Police. Police Search For Suspect After Bicyclist Seriously Injured In Greenwich Hit-Run Crash A bicyclist was seriously injured during a hit-and-run crash in Greenwich. It happened around 10 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 3, at the intersection of North Street and Fairfield Road when the bicyclist was struck by a black vehicle and sustained serious injuries, said the Greenwich Police. The black vehicle was last seen driving eastbound on Fairfield Road, police said. Woman, 35, Faces DUI Charge After Report Of Erratic Driver In Greenwich A Greenwich woman was arrested after police responded to reports of a vehicle driving erratically in the North Street area. The report was made Wednesday, Dec. 12. Police made a motor vehicle stop of the suspect, and during the interview with the driver, 35-year-old Flaviana DosSantos, police observed glassy, red eyes and an alcoholic odor. DosSantos was asked to take a series of field sobriety tests, which she failed. She was then arrested and charged with operating under the influence. DosSantos was released after posting $250 bond. Greenwich Woman Arrested After Grabbing Another By Throat A Greenwich woman is behind bars after she pushed and grabbed another person by the throat. Paola Steinberg, 37, of Greenwich, was arrested around 6:30 p.m. Monday after she grabbed another person by the neck and pushed them on North Street, Greenwich police said. She was charged with assault and disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $1,000, which she could not make.

Range Rover, Mercedes Stolen From Driveway At Greenwich Residence Greenwich police are reminding residents once again to lock their vehicles and remove valuables after two vehicles were stolen from the same residence in one night. On Friday, a North Street resident reported a 2017 silver Range Rover and a 2017 black Mercedes-Benz were taken from the home, said Lt. John Slusarz. Both vehicles were unlocked and had the keys inside, he added. "Car thefts are continuing in the area and residents should make sure to remove the keys," he added.
