Multiple Shots Fired In Busy Area During Morning Commute In Fairfield County, Police Say Residents of a busy Fairfield County city street were ducking for cover when shots began flying during the morning commute. The shooting took place around 8 a.m., Monday, Sept. 27 near the corner of Richmond Hill Avenue and Mission Street in Stamford. According to Captain Richard Conklin, of the Stamford Police, police responded to the area after receiving multiple reports of shots fired in the area. Man Attacks Driver After Crash In Road-Rage Incident, Stamford Police Say A witness video of a road rage attack has led to the arrest of a Stamford man who is familiar to police. Kadeem Sadio, 28, was arrested and charged with numerous motor vehicle violations around 6:30 p.m. Saturday, after he backed into another vehicle in the area of Mission Street and then attempted to leave the scene of the accident without exchanging information, causing the other driver to confront him, Stamford Police said.
