Fairfield County Man Sentenced In ICE 'Dark Web' Child Porn Case A Fairfield County man was sentenced for possessing child pornography after his conviction in a 'Dark Web' investigation led by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Homeland Security Investigations division in New Haven. Shelton Man Pleads Guilty To Federal Child Pornography Charge Michael Hull, 60, of Shelton pleaded guilty on Tuesday to one count of receiving child pornography. Hull faces a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment of five years and a maximum term of imprisonment of 20 years. He has been detained since his arrest on May 31, 2017. John H.
