2 Men Charged In Fight That Left Man Dead At Gillette Stadium During Pats Game: DA Two Rhode Island men have been charged with assault and disorderly conduct following a fight at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, in September that ended with the death of a 53-year-old, authorities said.   John Vieira, age 59, and Justin Mitchell, 39, of Warwick, were charged on Wednesday, Dec. 20, after months of investigation following the Sept. 17 brawl during a Patriots versus Dolphins game, the Norfolk County District Attorney said. ID Released For CT Man Found Shot Dead On Roadway Police have released the identity of a Connecticut man found shot dead on a city street. Abdiel Rodriguez, age 25, was found around 10:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 5 in the city of New London, in the area of Colman Street and West Pleasant Street. Upon arriving on the scene, officers located and treated Rodriguez who had sustained life-threatening injuries, Capt. Matthew Galante, of the New London Police, said. The incident took place in New London County around 10:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 5 in the area of Colman Street and West Pleasant Street in the city of New London.
