Police Search For Suspect In ATM, Parking Machine Larcenies In Norwalk Do you know him? Police investigators in Norwalk are attempting to locate a suspect who allegedly went on an early morning crime spree, breaking into several park machines and an ATM machine. Detectives with the Norwalk Police Department released a surveillance photo of a suspect who allegedly entered the Yankee Doodle Garage on Burnell Boulevard and broke into three pay-to-park machines. He allegedly then broke into the ATM machine at the Maritime Garage on North Water Street.
