Man Faces DUI Charge After Crash In Fairfield County
A Fairfield County man was allegedly drunk when he lost control of his Audi and crashed into a tree, police said. Officers from the New Canaan Police Department responded to a reported crash in the area of Oenone Ridge Road near Lukes Wood Road shortly before 1 a.m. on Dec. 30, 2021 after a driver struck a guard rail and then crashed into a nearby tree. A suspicious man from Westchester attempted to pull a fast one on officers in Fairfield County after being caught lurking in a driveway, police say.
