40-Year-Old Busted With 100 Bags Of Heroin Stamped 'Marvel' In Stamford A 40-year-old alleged drug dealer was nabbed by Stamford Police after making an appointment to sell heroin to an undercover cop. Kevin Doyle, of Harwinton, was arrested around noon Saturday at the Red Carpet Inn on Main Street after selling more than 100 bags of heroin to a Stamford Police officer with the Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit, said Capt. Richard Conklin. Agents with the unit had heard on the streets that Doyle had heroin for sale. They were able to make contact with him and set up a buy, asking for 100 bags of heroin, Conklin said.
