Cell Phone Sale End With Robbery, Chase On I-95 A man attempting to purchase a cell phone who was robbed of his cash attempted to follow the suspects by chasing them on I-95. The incident took place around 4:28 p.m., Monday, July 8, when the man went to the area of Saugatuck Avenue near I-95 to purchase a cell phone through a deal he had made with an acquaintance online, Westport Police said.
