Fairfield Man Involved In Overdose Death Sentenced To Prison
A Fairfield man was sentenced Tuesday to prison for distributing drugs involved in an overdose death, according to the Department of Justice.
John H. Durham, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced that John H. Vibbert, 37, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Alvin W. Thompson in Hartford to 12 months and one day of imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release, for distributing heroin and fentanyl involved in an overdose death.

Stamford Woman Charged With Embezzling $800K From Work
STAMFORD, Conn. -- A Stamford woman was charged with embezzling at least $800,000 from a management consulting firm that she worked for, according to John H. Durham, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, and Patricia M. Ferrick, Special Agent in Charge of the New Haven Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Candace Rispoli, 31, of Stamford was charged Thursday with one count of wire fraud stemming from the embezzlement scheme, Durham said. She appeared in court on Friday and was released on a $100,000 bond.

Bridgeport Man Pleads Guilty To Selling Heroin, Fentanyl In Fatal Overdose
BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- A Bridgeport man pleaded guilty Tuesday to selling heroin and fentanyl to a woman who later died of an overdose.
Perry Deshazo, 27, also known as "Hov" and "Amafia Hov," of Bridgeport, pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of heroin and fentanyl, according to John H. Durham, U.S. Attorney for Connecticut.
