Norwalk Man Drives Drunk With Kids In Vehicle For Second Time This Month, Police Say A man who had been arrested earlier in the month for allegedly driving drunk with children in the vehicle has been arrested again on the same charge. John Deacy, 62, of Norwalk, was arrested by Wilton Police on Saturday, Dec. 21, when a passing motorist informed officers that a pickup truck was driving erratically on Danbury Road, said the Wilton Police Department. Officers were able to locate the white 2000 Ford F150 truck on Danbury Road near the intersection of Cannon Road, police said.
