Area Doctor One Of Two Charged With Narcotics Distribution
A Connecticut doctor and her alleged co-conspirator are facing charges for distributing oxycodone while serving as a resident at Yale-New Haven Health. Jennifer Farrell, 37, of New Haven, who was a medical resident in the Emergency Department between July 2017 and June this year, allegedly “wrote numerous prescriptions for oxycodone for non-legitimate medical purposes outside the scope of her professional practice in the name of at least five individuals,” including Jimiesha McKoy, who is also wanted by the FBI.
