In Hartford County, Windsor Locks resident Syed Peerzada cashed in a winning $220,389 “$10 Super 7s Progressive” CT Lottery ticket that was sold at the Windsor Smoke Shop on Poquonock Avenue in Windsor. The winning ticket was cashed in on Thursday, Dec. 9.
