Man Charged With Illegally Purchasing, Possessing 11 Firearms A Connecticut man with a history of drug use is facing time behind bars for allegedly making false statements while illegally purchasing nearly a dozen guns. Prospect resident Frank Moss has been charged in a 15-count indictment alleging that he illegally purchased 11 guns on seven different occasions throughout Connecticut.
