Man, 24, Caught With Stolen Gun At Burger Joint In Stamford, Police Say A 24-year-old man was busted with an alleged stolen gun while stopping in a restaurant to grab a burger, said the Stamford Police Department. The bust went down around 5:30 p.m., Thursday, April 25, when members of the Stamford Police Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit learned that two men would be in the area of the Five Guys restaurant on High Ridge Road with guns, said Capt. Connecticut State Police investigators are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to track down a suspect who stole a handbag from a local Five Guys restaurant. Members of the Oxford Police Department and Connecticut State Police troopers were dispatched to the burger joint on Oxford Road at approximately 5:10 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon, where there was a report of the stolen bag.
