A teenage man who was stopped at the Canadian border for lack of a COVID-19 test had kidnapped a 16-year-old from Connecticut, sexually assaulted her, and put her in the trunk of his car, according to police. The kidnapping was reported in Connecticut when the suspect, 19-year-old Christopher Jesus Constanzo, abducted and sexually assaulted the female victim on Thursday, Dec. 2, according to Vermont State Police. A mail carrier in Connecticut is facing federal charges for allegedly stealing cash and gift cards she was tasked with delivering. West Haven resident Elizabeth Urbani, 42, has been charged with theft of mail by a U.S. Postal Service (USPS) employee for stealing more than 100 pieces of mail. An alleged drug dealer in Connecticut has been brought up on multiple charges after allegedly selling a series of drugs to a 38-year-old man who later died of an overdose.
