ID Released For Man Found Dead On Beach In Westport Police have identified a man whose body was found a beach in Westport. Gregory Garoffolo, 60, of Westport, was identified as the person found around 840 a.m., Thursday, May 9, by a Westport resident in the area of 132 Beachside Ave., who reported the incident to Westport police, said Westport Police Lt. Jillian Cabana. ID Released For Westport Man Found Dead On Saugatuck Shores Police have identified a man found dead on the shore of Harbor Road in Saugatuck Shores as a local resident. Gregory Garoffolo, 60, of Westport was found at 8:40 a.m. Friday, when a man jogging contacted police after finding the body along the shoreline in the mud on Harbor Road, said Westport Lt. Jillian Cabana.
