55-Year-Old Man Standing Outside Tractor-Trailer Struck, Killed In I-95 CT Crash A 55-year-old man standing outside of his tractor-trailer on I-95 was struck and killed by a passing Volvo in Connecticut. New Jersey resident Alexis Vincente, of Union City, was struck in New Haven around 5:30 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 5 on I-95. When the crash occurred, Vincente was stopped in the gore area of the I-95 South, near the Exit 46 off-ramp in the City of New Haven. The Volvo was traveling on I-95 South, in the deceleration lane adjacent to the Exit 46 off-ramp, said Connecticut State Police. 20-Year-Old Who Died In I-95 Crash Loved Gaming, Nature A 20-year-old who died in a car crash on I-95 is being remembered as a true friend and great co-worker who loved gaming and nature. Michael Reilly of Wallingford, 20, died Monday, Oct. 25 when his car was involved in an accident with a tractor-trailer on I-95 near Exit 46 in New Haven.  According to police, on Monday around 2:15 a.m., Reilly was driving a Kia Optima behind a tractor-trailer.
