Twitter Post Sparks Uproar Over Alleged Stamford Police Brutality Stamford Police are defending their officer's actions during the arrest of an emotionally troubled man after pictures of a bloodied suspect wearing a neck brace were posted on Twitter by the man's sister. The incident began Monday when Stamford Police were called to the Rogers International School about a man acting irrationally outside of the school, prompting a lockdown of the school, police said.
