Tyler J. Moroch of New Canaan was arrested after officers arrived on the scene Tuesday on Millport Avenue and found Moroch in a domestic dispute with the victim, police said. An investigation led to the arrest of Moroch who was charged with disorderly conduct, assault, possession of a controlled substance, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and resisting arrest. He is being held on $2,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.
