Stamford Man Charged With DUI After Failing To Drive In Single Lane, Wilton Police Say
A 47-year-old area man was arrested for DUI and other charges following a traffic stop for failing to stay in a single lane.
Leo LaForce, of Stamford, was arrested on Friday, Nov 6, after Wilton Police spotted his 2018 Jaguar F-type traveling south on Danbury Road while failing to maintain a single lane, Wilton Police said.
During a traffic stop, officers found that LaForce allegedly had slurred speech, glassy and bloodshot eyes, with an odor of alcohol coming from his breath, police said.
LaForce agrees to take a field sobriety test which he failed.

A Norwalk woman was arrested for driving drunk after allegedly crossing the yellow line and hitting two other vehicles.
Tina Tong, 22, was arrested on Friday, Nov. 8, following the crash on Danbury Road in Wilton, said the Wilton Police Department.
According to police, Tong "displayed behavior that would indicate she may be under the influence."

A 43-year-old man has been charged with DUI after he was pulled over for driving erratically in Fairfield County, according to police.
Wilton Police say they responded to a report of a motorist driving erratically on Danbury Road on Sunday, Sept. 29 around 9:15 p.m.
The motorist, who was driving a 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer, almost hit a guardrail before swerving into another lane, according to police.
