Thousands Expected For Annual Oyster Festival In Norwalk The 42nd annual Norwalk Seaport Association Oyster Festival is expected to draw thousands of visitors for performances, food, and fun. Mike DelGuidice & Big Shot, and Brian Howe will take the night off from performing with Billy Joel to headline the festival.
