'Just Disgusting': CT Cemetery's Handling Of Gravesite Offerings Outrages Families
Managers of a Connecticut cemetery are under fire over their handling of gravesite offerings. Thousands Of Dollars Worth Of Christmas Gifts Stolen From Community Center In Bridgeport
A place that has served as a staple for toys to be given to children in need through an event called Santa's Last Stop was burglarized overnight. At approximately 6 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 25, the burglary was reported at the Bridgeport East End Community Center and Food Pantry at 1149 Stratford Ave. According to the responding officer, approximately $1,500 to 2,000 worth of toys were taken from the pantry. Shock, Sadness After Missing Woman ID'd As Greenwich Murder Victim
Westchester is in mourning after police identified a homicide victim in Greenwich as Valerie Reyes, who had been missing in New Rochelle for more than a week. The 24-year-old’s body was found on the east shoulder of Glenville Road, just north of Stillman Lane. She was found at the scene inside a suitcase with her hands and feet bound. Swastikas Found On Sidewalks In Downtown Stamford
The Stamford Police department is asking the public for help in identifying the person responsible for drawing swastikas on sidewalks in three different areas of the city. The first swastika was found around 7:30 a.m. Thursday drawn on the sidewalk in front of the Ferguson Library at 96 Broad St., said Stamford Police Lt. Michael Noto.
