Fairfield Man Behind Bars After Hitting Five Vehicles, Attacking Officer A Fairfield man is behind bars after allegedly hitting five vehicles and then attacking a police officer after his arrest. The incident took place around 6:30 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 14, when Fairfield Police officers responded to the area of Grace Street on a report of a motor vehicle collision, said Fairfield Police Capt. Robert Kalamaras.
