Wanted Man Nabbed After Side-Swiping Mail Truck, Fleeing In Fairfield A 54-year-old Fairfield man was arrested for several offenses after side-swiping a U.S. Postal truck and then taking off instead of waiting for the police, according to the Fairfield Police. William Brown was arrested Friday, Aug. 17, after Fairfield Police received a 911 call reporting a motor vehicle collision in front of Tile America and that the vehicle at fault was fleeing the scene, said Lt.
