$50K Reward Offered On Anniversary Of Killing Woman, Man In Fairfield County Police have offered a $50,000 reward for any information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for the murder of a woman and man both in their 20s in Fairfield County nearly a decade ago. Monday marks the seven-year anniversary of the murder of Rickita Smalls and Iroquois Alston, who were fatally shot on Aug. 6, 2011 on Avenue B in Norwalk. The investigation has been ongoing since the fatal incident. Smalls was a graduate of Bassick High School in Bridgeport, and worked in the bakery of Stop & Shop.
