Members of the Greenwich Police Organized Retail Criminal Activity Unit chased three suspects on foot down Greenwich Avenue on Wednesday, Jan. 27, after they were observed steeling high-value handbags from a local merchant, said Lt. Norwalk Woman Charged With Hitting Cop After Crash NORWALK, Conn. — Police arrested a Norwalk woman after she reportedly fled from the scene of a car accident, hit an officer and failed a field sobriety test on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Hour. Police told the Hour that 32-year-old Lyndsey Phillips was involved in an accident at the intersection of Woodward Avenue and Meadow Street just before 5 p.m. Wednesday.
