CT Middle School Bomb Threat Cleared As Unfounded, Police Say A bomb threat at a Connecticut school has been deemed unfounded after a search of the facility by bomb-sniffing dogs, state police, and the FBI. The incident began around 11:45 a.m., Friday, March when officials with the FBI contacted the Ansonia Police to report they received a complaint that a person threatened to blow up the middle school, said Ansonia Police Lieutenant Patrick Lynch.  After consulting with the Ansonia Board of Education, a decision was made to send home the Pre-K students, all other students were on a remote learning day.  A check of the school inside an…
