WESTON, Conn. Grab your rackets, kids. The Weston Racquet Club will host a free tennis play day Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m.
The United States Tennis Association is sponsoring free play days at clubs across the nation. The event celebrates Nickelodeons Worldwide Day of Play in an effort to get children active during National Childhood Obesity Awareness Month.
Kids of all skill levels will have the opportunity to experience tennis in a social and fun setting. Equipment will modified and courts tailored to a childs size and ability.
