The Fairfield County Sports Commission honored Brian McMahon as Weston's Sportsperson of the Year at a dinner last month at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich. McMahon received his award from Victoria Lorusso, the chairperson for the group's SportsNight. McMahon has been involved with several youth sports programs in Weston, including the Weston Lacrosse Club and Aspetuck Wildcats Youth Football. He was also the president of the Weston High School Boosters Club.
