Greens Farms Wins School Record 8th Straight

Dan Chase and Sean Obi combined for 56 points as Greens Farms Academy defeated Hyde of Woodstock, 67-52, Monday night. The Dragons have won a school-record eight straight games in improving to 10-3 and are in second place in the Fairchester Athletic Association.

Obi scored 27 points, hitting 13 of 14 from the field. Chase scored 29 points, including three 3-pointers, as the Dragons solved the multiple defensive looks presented by Hyde.

Point guards Eric Walsh and C.J. Smith directed the attack for GFA. Dan Hoffman, Chris Morency, Will Pavlis, Hunter Eggers, Chase and Obi all had assists in a nice display of offensive versatility.

Kam Mickens, Brien Comey and Wills Rooney were lock-down specialists, allowing none of their men to score.
