WESTPORT, Conn. The Greens Farms Academy girls tennis team swept Hopkins, 7-0, to start the regular season on Wednesday. Greens Farms is the defending Fairchester Athletic Association champions.

Phebe Wang of Darien scored the game-winning goal with 2:19 remaining for the Dragons. Meighan Grady of Darien tied the game with 3:36 remaining. Morgan Bingham (Fairfield) had a solid game in goal with 10 saves for the Dragons (3-1).
Boys Golf: King 216, Greens Farms 223
Senior Wills Rooney (Darien) lead the way for Greens Farms with a four-shot victory. Also playing well for GFA were sophomores Mark Whittaker (Fairfield), Jack Wood (Redding) and Andrew Holliday (Darien) and freshmen Ian Bell (Southport) and Colin Tauk (Westport).
Boys Lacrosse: Hopkins 13, Greens Farms Academy 3
Max Tarika (Fairfield), Brendan Bieder (Southport) and Will Pavlis (Fairfield) scored for the Dragons.
