Easton Runners Put Best Foot Forward in 5K

Many Easton runners were among the 299 finishers in Satuday's April Fools' Race for DARE 5K at Samuel Staples Elementary School. Andreas Markakis won the men's race, and Erin Begg won the women's race. The event is one of the kickoff events for the spring running season, and runners raced in temperatures in the high 40s under sunny skies.
